S$3 million gift from venture capitalist to support alma mater’s first AI professorship
Mr Tan Lip-Bu, the chairman of venture capital firm Walden International and an alumnus of NTU Singapore’s predecessor Nanyang University, has pledged a gift of S$3 million to his alma mater to set up a new professorship in artificial intelligence (AI).
