Job Summary:

Under general supervision of the Director of Administration and Human Resources, serve in Graduate School of Management Administrative Operations Unit. Process complex business contracts, revenue agreements and purchase requisitions for the School utilizing Kuali. Perform general accounting transactions including entertainment, travel, honoraria, cash collections, expense transfers and other transactions using university accounting systems.

Associate Director of Admissions

Job Summary: 

The associate director of admissions has management responsibility for the efficient and successful execution of a comprehensive MBA recruiting program for the express purpose of converting MBA prospects into applicants and admits into students. Responsible for overall recruitment strategy, relationship management and meeting enrollment targets for the UC Davis MBA program in the Sacramento area.   

HR Analyst

Job Summary:

Under the general direction of the Graduate School of Management’s director of administration and HR, provide analysis, consultation, advice and planning regarding staff human resource (HR) issues, assuring UC policies and School best practices are followed. Responsible for the full scope of HR programs: recruitment, staff orientation/on-boarding and off-boarding, performance management, employee and labor relations, leave management, training and development, merits, appraisals, and personnel/payroll actions.

Business Development Manager, MSBA

The Business Development Manager, Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) under direction of the Executive Director, MSBA and in close concert with the Academic Director, MSBA and Director of Analytics Projects, MSBA and In collaboration with faculty instructors and corporate clients, and corporate strategy develops practicum consulting projects for the UC Davis Master of Science in Business Analytics Program.

Department Description:

Job Summary: 

Under direction of the Director of Student & Academic Services, provide leadership and support for the MBA program, including events and activities supporting MBA recruiting, admissions and programming. Provide advice and guidance to diverse students, faculty, staff, alumni, applicants, company representatives and the general public regarding MBA policies & procedures, deadlines, and events. Act as a primary source of information and communication for MBA prospects and current students in the Bay Area.
